PRODUCT FAMILY DATA SHEET XLamp XHP50.3 LEDs XHP50.3 High Density XHP50.3 High Intensity PRODUCT DESCRIPTION FEATURES The XLamp XHP50.3 LEDs are the third generation of Extreme Available in white, configurable to 3V, 6V or 12V by PCB High Power LEDs that deliver the best lumen density, reliability and layout optical control available in their size. By leveraging the XHP family Available in 5-step EasyWhite bins at 3000K to 5000K advantages, lighting manufacturers can significantly reduce their CCT, 3-step EasyWhite bins at 2700K to 5000K and 2-step system cost by using fewer optics, PCBs and heat sinks than EasyWhite bins at 2700K to 4000K CCT possible with standard LEDs. Available in ANSI white bins at 3000K to 7000K CCT Available in standard, 70-, 80-, and 90-minimum CRI options The third generation XHP family LEDs deliver improved optical Binned at 85C performance versus the previous generations, along with a new Maximum drive current: 6000mA (3V), 3000mA (6V), High Intensity version of the XHP50. The XHP50.3 High Intensity 1500mA (12V) provides double the intensity for existing XHP50 designs. Low thermal resistance: 0.4C/W Wide viewing angle: 120 XLamp XHP50.3 LEDs are optimized for outdoor and premium Unlimited floor life at 30C/85% RH indoor lighting applications that require large amounts of light Reflow solderable - JEDEC J-STD-020C output from small luminaires, such as stadium, outdoor area and RoHS and REACh compliant architectural spotlight.
