CLD-DS139 REV 4B PRODUCT FAMILY DATA SHEET Cree XLamp XP-G3 LEDs LED pictures and labels underneath are in a table XP-G3 White XP-G3 Royal Blue XP-G3 Photo Red PRODUCT DESCRIPTION FEATURES XLamp XP-G3 LEDs are optimized for directional, high-lumen Available in no CRI minimum white, 70-, 80- and 90-CRI lighting applications where efficacy and optical control are white, royal blue & photo red critical, such as roadway, portable and horticulture. The compact ANSIcompatible chromaticity bins and proven 3.45mm XP platform has an excellent ecosystem 3-step and 5-step options of optics and system solutions available, enabling lighting White binned at 85C, royal blue & photo red binned at manufacturers to simplify their design process and shorten 25C time-to-market. Maximum drive current: white, royal blue: 2000mA, photo red: 1500mA XPG3 LEDs are available in royal blue, photo red and two Low thermal resistance: white: 3C/W, royal blue: 2C/W, different white versions. White (Standard) delivers best-in-class photo red: 2.5C/W TM21 lifetimes and color stability over time. White (S Line) Wide viewing angle: 125130 improves on the Standard version: better systemlevel reliability Unlimited floor life at 30C/85% RH through switching and dimming cycles, improved resistance to Reflow solderable JEDEC JSTD020C sulfur exposure and higher efficacy. With this SLine version, Cree Electrically neutral thermal path delivers highpower LED technology that is optimized for robust RoHS and REACh compliant lighting applications where sensors and the internet-of-things UL recognized component (E349212) (IOT) are becoming common.
