The INK1102ST is an LED driver manufactured by Cross Chip which is RoHS compliant. It is an integrated circuit (IC), containing commonly used circuits such as rectifiers, switches, and output voltage regulation devices. The device is presented in the SOT-89-5 package, which is a 5 terminal, surface-mount package, and is intended for use in a range of applications such as automotive, computer display systems, digital signage, and consumer electronics. It is designed to operate from a wide range of input voltages and provides a regulated low-voltage output to drive LEDs up to 500mA forward current. The device includes a shutdown pin that can be used to enable/disable the driver, enabling its use in power saving and remote lighting applications.
