The CT3021 Triac Optocoupler DIP-6 RoHS is an optically isolated solid-state Triac output, designed and manufactured by CT Micro International. It features an LED input which is optically coupled to a Triac output stage, giving it an excellent clamping capability, a fast switching speed, and a tight voltage stability profile. The Triac output is also offered in an industry-standard package size of 6 leads for easy deployment in systems. The device is RoHS compliant and offers excellent protection from noise, power supply surges, and other electrical transients. Additionally, the device also features a printed circuit board (PCB) pattern marking to indicate the triac polarity for installation convenience.
