The EPQ-9 (Eysenck Personality Questionnaire - 9) is a nine-item personality questionnaire developed by British psychologists Hans J. Eysenck and Sybil B. G. Eysenck. The EPQ-9 is designed to assess three primary personality dimensions: extroversion, neuroticism and psychoticism. Extroversion is associated with sociability, assertiveness, and resilience, while neuroticism is associated with anxiety and emotional instability. Psychoticism is associated with aggression, impulsiveness, and nonconformity. The EPQ-9 is part of the Curtis-Norp psychometric test battery and is used to evaluate the traits, behavior and personal characteristics of an individual in occupational, educational, and clinical settings.
