The T89C51RD2-RLTCM is an 8-bit, low-power, high-performance microcontroller from Customprod. It is based on the 8051 core, and features 64KB of Flash memory, 4KB of ROM, and 4KB of RAM. The device includes two serial ports, five analog comparators, one I2C interface, one SPI interface, three timers, and one 8-bit A/D converter. It is designed to operate using a +5V DC, and contains a brown-out reset to detect and protect against power-supply irregularities.
