The device is designed for 1 6 C A 1 6 C A operation with a power supply range of 1.65V to 5.5V. The GND 2 5 V GND 2 5 V CC CC inputs are tolerant to 5.5V allowing this device to be used in B 3 4 Y a mixed voltage environment. The device is fully specified 3 4 B Y for partial power down applications using IOFF. The IOFF SOT363 SOT26 circuitry disables the output preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down.
