The characteristics of low dropout voltage and Internal RON = 1.5 PMOS Draws No Base Current less quiescent current make it good for some critical Low Quiescent Current 50A current application, for example, some battery powered Output Voltage: 1.5V/1.8V/2.0V/2.5V/2.8V/3.0V/ devices. The typical quiescent current is approximately 3.3V/3.5 Accuracy 2% 50A from zero to maximum load. Due to internal flexible Fast Transient Response design, results in extensively fixed output voltage versions Good Load Regulation and make it convenient to use for applications.
