AP1512/A 50KHz, 2A/3A PWM BUCK DC/DC CONVERTER General Description Features Output voltage: 3.3V, 5V, 12V and adjustable output The AP1512/A is a monolithic IC designed for use as a version step-down DC/DC converter with the ability of driving a 2A (3A for AP1512A) load without additional transistor components. The Adjustable version output voltage range, 1.23V to board space is reduced since AP1512/A requires few external 37V+4% components. The external shutdown function is controlled by 50KHz +15% fixed switching frequency logic level and can be put into standby mode. The internal Voltage mode non-synchronous PWM control compensation ensures feedback control has good line and load Thermal-shutdown and current-limit protection regulation without external design. Both an integrated Thermal ON/OFF shutdown control input shutdown and Current Limit function are provided to prevent Operating voltage can be up to 60V damage from exceeding temperature operation and against Output load current: 2A (for AP1512) exceeding the current operating of the output switch.
