AP22652/53-EVM Application Note AP22652/53 Application Information and Demo Board User Guide Description The AP22652 and AP22653 are single channel Reverse Current Blocking During Shutdown and precision adjustable current-limited switches Reverse Current Limiting During Enable optimized for applications that require precision Operating Range: 3.0V - 5.5V current limiting, or to provide up to 2.1 A of Built-in Soft-Start with 0.5ms Typical Rise Time continuous load current during heavy loads/short Over-Current , Output Over-Voltage and circuits. These devices offer a programmable Thermal Protection current-limit threshold between 125mA and 2665mA Fault Report (FAULT) with Blanking Time (typ) via an external resistor. Current limit accuracy ESD Protection: 2kV HBM, 500V CDM 10% can be achieved at high current-limit settings. Active Low (AP22652) or Active High (AP22653) The rise and fall times are controlled to minimize Enable current surges during turn on/off.
