Data Sheet 600mA LOW DROPOUT LINEAR REGULATOR AP1117M 600mA ULDO REGULATOR WITH ENABLE AP2318 General Description Features The AP2318 is a series of ultra low dropout regulators Wide Operating Voltage Ranges: 2.5V to 12V optimized for low voltage applications where transient Output Voltage Accuracy: 1.5% response and minimum input voltage are critical. On-chip Thermal Shutdown ESD: Human Body Model 3kV The AP2318 provides current limit and thermal Machine Model 600V shutdown. Its circuit includes a trimmed bandgap o o Operating Junction Temperature: -40 C to 125 C reference to assure output voltage accuracy to be within 1.5%. On-chip thermal shutdown provides protection against any combination of overload and Applications ambient temperatures that would create excessive junction temperatures. Notebook USB Device The AP2318 has both fixed and adjustable versions. Add-on Card The 1.3V fixed versions integrate the corresponding DVD Player resistor divider.
