The AP61100Z6-7 is a low voltage Buck Switching Voltage Regulator manufactured by Diodes Incorporated in a SOT563 package and available on a tape and reel in quantities of 3,000. It is a DC to DC converter and can adjust input voltage into stable output voltage. It has up to 96% efficiency under heavy loads, low quiescent current, and low self-heating. Additionally, it has a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 32V, and a low output voltage min/max range of 0.6V to VIN-0.2V respectively, a typical full load current of 500mA, and a minimum/maximum switching frequency of 150kHz and 1MHz respectively. It has an integrated internal thermal protection from excessive current conditions, and provides over temperature protection and over voltage protection.
