AP61300/AP61302 2.4V TO 5.5V INPUT, 3A LOW IQ SYNCHRONOUS BUCK CONVERTER Description Pin Assignments The AP61300/AP61302 is a 3A, synchronous buck converter with a (Top View) wide input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V. The device fully integrates a 70m high-side power MOSFET and a 50m low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency step-down DC-DC conversion.
