AP7335A 300mA, LOW QUIESCENT CURRENT, FAST TRANSIENT LOW DROPOUT LINEAR REGULATOR Description Pin Assignments (Top View) (Top View) The AP7335A is a 300mA, fixed output voltage, low-dropout linear regulator with 1% output voltage accuracy. The device includes IN 5 OUT 1 pass element, error amplifier, band-gap, current limit and thermal EN 1 6 NC shutdown circuitry. The device is turned on when EN pin is set to GND 2 GND 2 5 NC logic high level. 3 IN 4 The characteristics of low-dropout voltage and low-quiescent current OUT EN NC 3 4 make it suitable for low-power applications, for example, battery powered devices. The typical quiescent current is 35A. Built-in, SOT25 U-DFN2020-6 current-limit and thermal-shutdown functions prevent IC from damage (Fixed Output) (Fixed Output) in fault conditions.
