AP7345D DUAL 300mA HIGH PSRR LOW NOISE LDO WITH ENABLE Description Pin Assignments The AP7345D is a Dual low dropout regulator with high output voltage accuracy, low R , high PSRR, low output noise and low quiescent DSON (Top View) current. This regulator is based on a CMOS process. Each of regulators includes a voltage reference, error amplifier, current limit circuit and an enable input to turn on/ off output. With the integrated resistor network fixed output voltage versions can be delivered. With its low power consumption and line and load transient response, the AP7345D is well suited for low power handheld communication equipment. The AP7345D is packaged in X2-DFN1612-8 package and allows for X2-DFN1612-8 smallest footprint and dense PCB layout. Features Applications Low V and Wide V Range: 1.7V to 5.25V IN IN Smart Phone/PAD Guarantee Each Channel Output Current: 300mA RF Supply V Accuracy 1% OUT Cameras Ripple Rejection: 75dB at 1kHz Portable Video Low Output Noise: 60Vrms from 10Hz to 100kHz Portable Media Player Quiescent Current as Low as 50A Wireless Adapter V Fixed 1.2V to 3.6V OUT Wireless Communication Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2) Halogen and Antimony Free, Green Device (Note 3) Notes: 1. This pin should be driven either high or low and must not EN2 5 be floating. Driving this pin high enables channel 2 output, while pulling it low puts Chanel 2 regulator into shutdown mode. V 6 Channel 2 Input Voltage pin IN2 V IN1 7 Channel 1 Input Voltage pin Chanel 1 Enable pin. This pin should be driven either high or low and must not EN1 8 be floating. Driving this pin high enables channel 1 output, while pulling it low puts Chanel 1 regulator into shutdown mode. In PCB layout, prefer to use large copper area to cover this pad for better Thermal PAD thermal dissipation, then connect this area to GND or leave it open. However do not use it as GND electrode function alone. Functional Block Diagram V IN1 V OUT1 R1 1 Error Amp. R2 1 Vref Current Limit EN1 GND V IN2 R1 2 Error Amp.
