The APX803D-29SAG-7 is a Supervisory Circuit package by Diodes Incorporated. This 3-pin component is designed to monitor power supply voltages from 2.5V to 5V and reset any microprocessor-based systems when the voltage falls below a preset threshold. The device is in a SA-8 package and includes an active low RESET output, an active low manual reset input, and a VCC input. It has an output reset pulse width of 100 ms and requires a reset assertion voltage of 2.2V. Additionally, the device has a quiescent current of 30uA.
