The APX803S-26SA-7 with Supervisory Circuits 2.63V, 240ms MPU Reset Circuit is an integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is a 3-pin supervisory circuit that provides reset and manual reset capabilities as well. It contains an internal voltage reference and an accurate threshold voltage detector which activates the reset output when the voltage drops below the preset threshold level. This IC also includes an active low manual reset input and active low reset output. It is available in a SOIC-8 package with operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. This IC is suitable for use in computer and communications systems, embedded controllers, and other applications requiring low standby power.
