Thermal Shutdown Protection Additional features including Soft Start (SS), Under Low Drop-out Operation at 100% Duty Cycle Voltage Lock Out (UVLO), Thermal Shutdown No Schottky Diode Required Detection (TSD) and short circuit protection are Input Over Voltage Protection integrated to provide reliable product applications.
