Additional Infomation About Product

The AZ75232GTR-G1 is a multi RS-232 interface integrated circuit from Diodes Incorporated. It has three drivers and five receivers with a data transmission rate of up to 120 kbit/s. It is a 5V-powered device that provides multiple channels of RS-232 communication with the option to select a 250 kO termination resistor for each channel. This part is housed in a thermally enhanced 8-pin SOIC (Small Outline IC) package and offers an integrated power-on reset. It has excellent EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and ESD (ElectroStatic Discharge) performance. The AZ75232GTR-G1 is suitable for use in applications such as point of sale systems, industrial controls, modems, and networking systems.
