BCR401UW6 10 to 100mA LED CONSTANT CURRENT REGULATOR in SOT26 (SC74R) Description Features The BCR401U monolithically integrates a transistor, diodes and LED Constant Current Regulator Using PNP Emitter-Follower with resistors to function as a Constant Current Regulator (CCR) for LED Emitter Resistor to Current Limit driving. The device regulates with a preset 10mA nominal that can be I = 10mA 10% Constant Current (Preset) OUT adjusted with external resistor up to 100mA. It is designed for driving I up to 100mA Adjustable with an External Resistor OUT LEDs in strings and will reduce current at increasing temperatures to V 40V Supply Voltage S self-protect. Operating as a series linear CCR for LED string current P up to 1W in SOT26 (SC74R) D control, it can be used in applications with supply voltages up to 40V.
