DF10 is a family of single schottky diodes produced by Diodes Inc. The devices are available in both through-hole and surface-mount packages and provide excellent reverse leakage, low forward voltage, and low current ratings. They are designed to serve a wide range of needs, from low-voltage, low-current applications to high-voltage, high-current applications, and are ideal for protection, switching, and rectification. The DF10 series includes devices with current ratings from 0.2A to 15A, reverse breakdown voltages from 30V to 500V, and forward voltage drops from typical 200mV to 800mV. They are well-suited for a wide range of consumer, commercial and industrial applications.
