The DFLZ18-7 diode with Zener Diodes 1.0W 18V manufactured by Diodes Incorporated is a voltage regulator type rectifier diode. It is great for general-purpose applications, such as voltage reference, voltage clamp, protection, and other related uses. This diode comes in an Axial package from Diodes Incorporated that is capable of dissipating up to 1.0 Watts of power at an ambient temperature of 25°C. It has an on-state characteristic of 82mV (at 1.0mA) and takes a forward voltage drop of 1.1V (at 1.0A). The diode has maximum reverse leakage current of 5uA (at 18V) and a junction capacitance of 10.1pF (at 1.0MHz). It has an operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
