DGD0506A HIGH FREQUENCY HALF-BRIDGE GATE DRIVER WITH PROGRAMMABLE DEADTIME Description Features The DGD0506A is a high-frequency half-bridge gate driver capable of 50V Floating High-Side Driver driving N-channel MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration. The Drives Two N-Channel MOSFETs in a Half-Bridge floating high-side driver is rated up to 50V. Configuration 1.5A Source / 2.0A Sink Output Current Capability The DGD0506A logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and Internal Bootstrap Diode Included CMOS levels (down to 3.3V) to interface easily with MCUs. UVLO for Undervoltage Lockout for High-Side and Low-Side Drivers high-side and low-side will protect a MOSFET with loss of supply. To Programmable Deadtime to Protect MOSFETs protect MOSFETs, cross conduction prevention logic prevents the HO Logic Input (IN and EN) 3.3V Capability and LO outputs being on at the same time.
