DGD2117/2118 SINGLE CHANNE L GATE DRIVER Description Features The DGD2117 and DGD2118 are high voltage / high speed gate Floating Channel in Bootstrap Operation to 600V drivers capable of driving one N-Channel MOSFET or IGBT in a Drives One N-Channel MOSFET or IGBT bootstrap configuration. High voltage processing techniques enable the Outputs Tolerant to Negative Transients DGD2117 and DGD2118 to switch at 600V.
