The device provides programmable equalization and De-Emphasis to optimize performance over a variety of physical Two 5.0Gbps differential signal pairs mediums by reducing Inter-Symbol Interference. Adjustable Receiver Equalization PI1EQX512A supports two 100 Differential CML data I/Os 100 Differential CML I/Os between the Protocol ASIC to a switch fabric, over cable, or to extend the signals across other distant data pathways on the Pin Configured Output Emphasis Control users platform.
