A product Line of Diodes Incorporated PRODUCT BRIEF PI3EQX1004 2-Port USB3.1 Gen-2 10Gbps ReDriver Features Description The PI3EQX1004 is a low power, high performance 10.0 Gbps 5 & 10Gbps serial link with linear equalizer 2-Port USB 3.1 linear ReDriver designed specifically for the USB3.1 and USB3.0 Compatible USB 3.1 protocol. Full Compliancy to USB3.1 Super Speed Standard The device provides programmable equalization, and flat gain Four 10Gbps differential signal pairs to optimize performance over a variety of physical mediums by Pin Adjustable Receiver Equalization reducing Inter-Symbol Interference. PI3EQX1004 supports two 100 Differential CML data I/Os between the Protocol ASIC to Pin Adjustable Flat Gain a switch fabric, over cable, or to extend the signals across other 100 Differential CML I/Os distant data pathways on the users platform. Automatic Receiver Detect The integrated equalization circuitry provides flexibility with Auto Slumber mode for adaptive power management signal integrity of the signal before the ReDriver. Each channel Single Supply Voltage: 3.3V operates fully independently. The channels input signal level de- Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2) termines whether the output is active. Halogen and Antimony Free. Green Device (Note The PI3EQX1004 also includes an automatic receiver detect function. The receiver detection loop will be active again if the Packaging: corresponding channels signal detector is idle for longer than 42-pin, TQFN 3.5 x 9mm (ZH42) 7.3ms. The channel will then move to Unplug Mode if load not de- tected, or it will return to Low Power Mode (Slumber Mode) due to inactivity.
