ZRT050 4.9V LOW POWER PRECISION REFERENCE SOURCE Description Pin Assignments The ZRT050 is a monolithic integrated circuit providing a SOT223 precise stable reference voltage of 4.9V at 500A. T 1 RIM The circuit features a knee current of 150A and operation over a wide range of temperatures and currents.
