ZXGD3113W6 8 SYNCHRONOUS MOSFET CONTRO LLER IN SOT26 Description Features The ZXGD3113W6 is intended to drive a MOSFET configured as an 3.5V to 40V V Range CC ideal diode replacement. The device is comprised of a differential Operating up to 250kHz amplifier detector stage and high current driver. The detector monitors Suitable for Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM), Critical the reverse voltage of the MOSFET, such that if the body diode Conduction Mode (CrCM), and Continuous Conduction Mode conduction occurs, a positive voltage is applied to the MOSFETs Gate (CCM) Operation Pin. Proportional Gate Drive Control Detector Threshold Voltage: -10mV Once the positive voltage is applied to the Gate, the MOSFET Standby Current: 6mA switches on. The detectors output voltage is then proportional to the Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2) MOSFET Drain-Source voltage, and this is applied to the Gate via the Halogen and Antimony Free.
