The output voltage may be set to any chosen voltage between 2.5V and 36V by selection of two external divider resistors. 33 REREFF AANONODEDE 11 ZXRE250 has the same electrical specifications as the industry standard 431 except it features a very-low minimum cathode current 22 CACATTHOHODEDE for regulation. The typical value of 40A makes the parts ideal for very low-power applications. SSOOTT2323 The devices can be used as a replacement for zener diodes in many applications requiring an improvement in zener performance.
