The DIO6602ST6 is a DC-DC converter manufactured by Dioo. It is a SOT23-6 RoHS compliant single-channel constant-current, step-down, DC/DC converter. The device is designed to meet the requirements of applications that require precision current control, such as LED drivers and backlight applications. The DIO6602ST6 provides a highly efficient and cost effective solution for regulating output currents up to 1.6A. The wide input voltage range (2.5V to 40V) makes the device suitable for a variety of applications. The PWM dimming interface allows for digital dimming of the LEDs, and the additional logic control pin provides for a selection of control modes, including PWM, Analog, and Logic.
