It has an ultra-fast recovery time of 25ns for each of its two diodes, making it ideal for use in high-speed signal applications. The small DO-41 package size make it suitable for use in a wide range of applications. The construction of MUR120 allows for a superior power dissipation rate and a surge current rating of twice the I(RMS).
