S3A is the latest series of Silicon Diode Rectifiers from Diotec. This series offer superior power dissipation and low forward voltage drop in a compact SIL PAD SMD package, making them suitable for various applications such as SMPS applications, DC/DC converters, inverters, and battery chargers. They are designed to operate in an operating temperature range of - 40°C to + 125°C, providing a higher breakdown voltage, lower leakage current, and 10 times faster switching compared to regular rectifiers. The S3A series also offers high surge capability, high surge capability on interruptible load, and high reverse voltage capability. This series is UL approved, making it a reliable and safe choice for use in industrial, automotive and consumer applications.
