The ZMC62 is a series of single-phase miniature thyristor power controllers from Diotec. They are designed for controlling resistive and AC inductive loads in applications such as motor control, heating, dimming, and ballast control. The ZMC62 series features a wide range of power ratings from 2 to 100 amperes and a variety of mounting options, such as PCB and DIN rail mount. The controllers have a built-in protection against short-circuit, overload and overtemperature, and can be triggered by a control voltage (0...10V) or by a separate digital signal. The devices are UL, cUL, TUV, and CE approved and can be used in a variety of industrial and commercial applications.
