The JM38510/00301BDA is a part of the E2v product line. It is a battery-free, system-on-chip (SoC) product based on the ARM Cortex-M0 microcontroller. This part of the E2v product line is designed for applications in low-power and low-cost systems, such as hand-held devices, wearables, GPS systems, and automotive or industrial products. This part of the E2v product line is specifically designed for battery-less operation, providing an ultra-low power solution. The processor core used inside is an ARM Cortex-M0, clocked up to 24Mhz. It features 32KB of flash memory, 1KB of RAM, and a range of peripherals such as I2C, SPI, UART, and timers. It also contains a 2.1V power supply, LDO regulator, watchdog timer, system monitor, and integrated ROM with production test information.
