The M38510/00301BDA integrated circuit (IC) is a 3.3V CMOS/EEPROM Microcontroller assembled in a 28-Pin Plastic LCC package. This device is manufactured by E2V, and it is a version of the Motorola M38510 military microcontroller. It is designed for use in high-volume embedded applications such as automotive, medical, and industrial control. It features 32K Bytes of on-chip EEPROM program memory, 192K Bytes of RAM, a 6-channel 8-bit A/D converter, a 4-channel 8-bit D/A converter, an I2C controller, a CAN controller, and eight timers.
