The TDS5863 (FSC-RAY) is a CMOS imaging device manufactured by e2v. It contains a 2048 x 1024 array of 8 µm x 8 µm square pixels. Its frame rate is up to 40 frames per second at full resolution, or up to 120 frames per second when using a windowed area of 512 x 512 pixels. The device also offers C Mount compatibility and a four output tap configuration for high voltage and low voltage outputs. It has adjustable gain, offset, and exposure control, and can operate in linear or non-linear gaming modes. It also features on-chip processing algorithms such as ROI, low light, and dummy pixel removal. In addition, it supports multiple interfaces including CameraLink, CoaXPress, and GigE Vision.
