SL2RB (Supportive Leadership to Respect & Build Relationships) is a program within Eaton Co. that has been designed to assist leaders in cultivating and sustaining respectful and mutually beneficial relationships with their coworkers, clients, and other stakeholders. The program is divided into four core components: Building Respectful Relationships, Communicating Respectfully and Effectively, Understanding and Valuing Differences, and Achieving Business Goals Together. SL2RB provides a variety of training opportunities and resources to equip Eaton employees and managers with the skills and knowledge needed to foster positive and productive relationships in the workplace. These resources include interactive workshops, web-based training modules, and one-on-one coaching sessions. The goals of SL2RB are to promote a culture of respect and trust, foster collaboration and teamwork, improve communication, and increase engagement and satisfaction among Eaton employees.
