The Efinix T13F256C4 is a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) or Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) with BGA-256 RoHS packaging, designed for embedded applications needing high-integration density and low-power consumption features in a small footprint. It has 256 macrocells, up to 108 user I/Os, and support for up to 30V. This device supports a range of dedicated functions such as JTAG boundary scan debugging, partial reconfiguration, and Open Core Protocol (OCP) interface. It also offers a range of features such as fast and deterministic set-up and hold times, low-power standby modes, high-frequency clock and pulse management, and Active Serial Configuration. With this device, designers can develop fast, flexible, yet symmetric FPGA designs capable of meeting today and tomorrow's challenging requirements.
