EG4319 is a PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) that is designed to provide battery management and power supply with a single integrated circuit. The EG4319 features an SOP-8 150mil package that is compliant with RoHS. It provides a power supply reset, low voltage detection (LDD), soft-start, over-current protection, output voltage regulation and power OK control. It is ideal for applications such as multi-cell battery applications, smartphone/tablet battery management systems and CCTV systems. The EG4319 also provides a low power sleep mode for low power consumption and a low quiescent current input for fast startup times and reduces heat dissipation. The EG4319 is perfect for applications that require a cost effective, low power, high performance solution.
