INThe EG4320 is a PMIC (power management integrated circuit) manufactured by EGIN. It is specifically designed for battery management applications and features an SOP-8_150 mil package that is RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant. The device integrates a highly efficient, low noise, and fast-switching buck dc/dc converter specifically designed for battery charging. It has an on-chip low dropout (LDO) regulator that delivers a constant voltage for powering small loads and features a soft start and operation control. It also includes a precision voltage reference, internal clock, an over-voltage protection, and other features. Additionally, the EG4320 PMIC is suitable for a wide range of applications, including portable audio products, battery-powered devices, industrial applications, medical devices, and consumer electronics.
