The HTC 1KG part of Electrolube is a Heat Transfer Compound (HTC) consisting of extremely fine, electrically non-conductive, high performance thermally conductive filler in a high temperature stable silicone, fluorosilicone, or fluoropolymer based vehicle. The thermally conductive compound is designed to provide a highly efficient heat transfer medium between close fitting surfaces such as transistors, semiconductors, integrated circuits and other electrical components. The HTC 1KG has a thermal conductivity of 1.50 W/mK, a dielectric strength of 1.4Kv/mm, a volume resistivity of 2E+13O.cm and a thermal resistance of 0.08C-in²/W. The compound has a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 150°C and is also suitable for use in hazardous environments.
