FUT.KP-51 is a part of the Engineer Classification and is the designation for engineers who specialize in the design of factory automation systems and production processes. They are responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining the automated systems and processes that are used in manufacturing plants and industrial facilities. They work with a variety of technologies, such as industrial robots, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), computer numerical control (CNC) machines, SCADA systems, and manufacturing execution systems (MES). They are also responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving as needed. In addition, they provide support to operators and maintenance staff as well as develop and maintain operating systems.
