E31-A3 is an advanced 4-axis autonomous mobile robot platform developed by the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) of South Korea. It is designed for autonomous navigation in indoor and outdoor environments. The robot has the capacity to navigate autonomously through built and natural environments, avoid obstacles, and accurately follow predetermined paths. The E31-A3 platform is equipped with state-of-the-art sensors and components, such as a GPS, an infrared Camera, ultrasonic sensors and motion sensors, to provide precise positional information, detect obstacles, and track moving targets. It also has powerful CPU & PLC modules and a plug-and-play I/O interface module for a wide range of programming tasks and applications. The E31-A3 platform is ideal for applications such as aging care, security monitoring, environmental monitoring, and industrial automation.
