The ETRI Z18-08 is a high-performance, low-power, small form factor fourth-generation core computer, much like the previous ETRI Z-series models. Developed by the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) of South Korea as part of their open hardware platform, the Z18-08 provides excellent performance compared to its predecessors thanks to its new architecture. The computer is based on an Intel Atom x5 processor with a clock speed of 1.33GHz. It also features 4GB of RAM and 32GB of eMMC storage, allowing for fast and efficient multitasking. The computer is capable of booting an operating system in as little as 1.5 seconds and is capable of running multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, the Z18-08 has a range of useful ports and connectors, such as USB, Ethernet, and HDMI, enabling easy connection to peripherals.
