The EL817M(B)(TH)-F is an optocoupler that provides electrical insulated, high-speed, and low-power photocoupling isolation between two low-voltage circuits. It includes a gallium arsenide infrared LED and a solid-state detector and integrated circuit coupled by an optical interface. This optocoupler is RoHS compliant and is available as a 4-pin DIP package. The EL817M(B)(TH)-F operates from a supply voltage of 4.5V to 24V with a High CTR of 100% at Vce of 5V (Ic= 20mA).
