The EKMB 180 T is a small, thermoplastic enclosure designed for housing electronic components. It's made by Fibox, a Finnish manufacturer of enclosures, and features a UV stabilized hinged lid with a cushioning seal that keeps the contents safe from dust and moisture. The enclosure has excellent mechanical protection with ribbed walls for extra strength, and rounded edges for safety. It comes in a variety of sizes, from 2.5 liter, to 20 liter, and can be wall-mounted or floor-mounted, with optional mounting accessories available from Fibox. The enclosure includes side bosses for mounting PCBs and a concealed wall-mounted fastening solution. It has IP66 protection class, which means it is dust tight and protected against high pressure water jets. It is also UL Listed as a watertight, dust-tight and impact protected security enclosure.
