Fisher AOS3P2 is a two stage rotary compressor system used for oil-free PET bottle blowing. It uses a two stage high-speed direct driving rotary wheel motor and helical-type gears for operation that generates consistent results. The superior efficiency of this compressor system makes it wellvalued even in comparison to newer technologies. The capacity of this system ranges from 2700m3/h to 9000m3/h, making it ideal for both smaller and larger scale production of PET bottles. The maximum working air pressure is 5.0 Mpa (50bar) and can be used to support the demanding work prevailing in the PET bottling industry. Additionally, the integrated modular design of this product allows for easy installation, maintenance and servicing. This system utilizes a scroll bearing and multiple cooling functions that protect the product from any unnecessary damage by minimizing vibration and noise while in operation. It also allows for up to 48 hours of trouble-free and continuous operation.
