The FP6146-12S5GTR is a low dropout regulator (LDO) manufactured by Fitipower. It is a 5-pin SOT-23-5 package with RoHS compliant lead-free finish. The device is designed for an input voltage range of 4.5 to 18V and offers an adjustable output voltage of 1.2 to 5.2V, and has a quiescent current of 70 uA. The rail-to-rail output allows the LDO to provide a wide range of output voltage that is accurately regulated. It has low dropout voltage (100 mV at 1A) that allows the output to remain stable even at high loads. The device also features a current-limit and thermal shut-down protection to ensure safe operation in extreme conditions. It can provide up to a 1A continuous current and 2A peak current with excellent line and load transient response.
