810 Vibration Tester The Fluke 810 Vibration Tester is an advanced diagnostic tool for maintenance professionals and vibration analysts. It is ideal for troubleshooting and analyzing vibration issues in rotating machinery and industry assets. The FLUKE-810 part of this tester includes an ISO Cat IV compliant vibration sensor, an adjustable bearing adapter, an optional laser shaft alignment kit, and an accelerometer calibration toolkit. The vibration sensor measures the vibration levels of the machine on the three axes X, Y, and Z and can be used to detect imbalance, misalignment, looseness and rolling element bearing defects. The adjustable bearing adapter accurately positions the vibration probe in-line with the bearings and enables collection of vibration data during machine operation, which can be used to perform machine diagnostics. The optional laser shaft alignment kit makes it easier to get accurate shaft alignment readings quickly. The accelerometer calibration toolkit ensures that the vibration readings are accurate and reliable.
