Additional Infomation About Product

FD6636S is a four-phase MOSFET driver module manufactured by Fortior. It features a high-current SOIC-28 package with a 5.08mm footprint, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. It has 28 pins with 2 logic ground pins, 13 MOSFET gate drive pins, 2 PWM inputs, and 7 V DD pins. The module provides a powerful system of MOSFET gate drive, allowing up to 30A continuous drain-source current for each MOSFET. It is RoHS compliant, with each driver tested to ensure that it meets all relevant standards. It also has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C for reliable performance even in extreme conditions.
